Puri Iwake - Indonesian Restaurant Surabaya

Iwake adalah salah satu chain resto Indonesia yang cukup populer di Surabaya. Pertama kali merasakannya adalah di Food Court Tunjungan Plasa, disusul beberapa kali di Siloam Hospital.

Beberapa kali ke sini rasanya cukup memuaskan, walaupun tidak seistimewa beberapa resto lain, tapi untuk harganya, termasuk recomended satu resto ini.

Iwake is one of the popular Indonesian chain restaurant in Surabaya. First time I've tried their food is in the Tunjungan Plasa branch, along with a few time in Siloam Hospital.

From the few visit here, the experience was quite nice, no complain whatsoever. Though taste-wise it doesn't have anything particularly special, for the price, this restaurant serves a good dish.

Tahu Telurnya di sini lumayan, rasanya lebih baik daripada beberapa resto setara, walaupun masih kalah kalau dibandingkan dengan tahu tek pinggiran ala Tahu Tek pak Jayen yang favorit saya.

This dish is a variation of tahu tek, tahu telur, where the egg are fried first then other ingredients added.

The one served here is quite nice for restaurant standard, though I still prefer the street food variants which actually tastes better.
