Kalau
di sepanjang jalan Manyar Kertoarjo banyak bertebaran resto seafood, di jalan
Klampis yang berjarak 5 menit darinya berjajar kafe-kafe.
Salah
satu yang terbaru adalah kafe De Mandailing ini, lokasinya sedikit ujung,
mendekati lokasi resto Ayam Goreng Pemuda yang ada di tikungan.
When visiting Eastern Surabaya area, you'd see in Manyar Kertoarjo street there are numerous seafood eatery in the area, five minutes from it, there;s also another concentrated area of cafes sprawled along Klampis street.
One of them
is the De Mandailing Cafe, which is located in the far ned, close to Ayam
Goreng Pemuda's restaurant located in the corner.

Masalah
rasa kopi, di sini termasuk biasa saja, cenderung tidak terlalu memuaskan.
Untuk ukuran kafe Surabaya, di sini termasuk menengah sayangnya untuk rasa
tidak setara dengan standard kafe lainya, di sisi lain penyajiannya cukup baik.
Walau
demikian, untuk selera saya lebih baik tidak terlalu konsentrasi ke penyajian,
agak ala kadar pun tidak masalah, asal rasa kopinya memang pas dan enak.
The place
is nice and the presentation of the beverage is equally attractive, too bad the
taste isn't that great. Price-wise this place isn't expensive, but still quite
pricey considering the quality.
I'd much
rather have a great tasting coffee with spartan bare bone appearance.

The food is equally mundane, but it's still a decent value for money. Though not keen on repeating a visit, if someday I do come back here, I'd order the food along with a non coffee based beverage.
