Vietnam Food Keychain & Magnet
This is one of the iconic souvenir in Hoi An, key chain and magnet that's designed as a Vietnamese traditional food. It's really cute an interesting, one of my friend even mistook it for a real cuisine and asked where to get that food :D

Vietnam Food Key Chain - Soup and Desserts |
This market is quite safe, you can stroll along leisurely. There's plenty of tourist around, and the place is not overly packed. So we feel quite secure, not having to be wary of pickpockets and such.
But there's another thing you should be aware of, small change thievery.
The sellers here have a habbit of not giving the change when you didn't ask for it. For example, my friend bought some stuffs for 150,000 VND, giving 200,000. The seller didn't give any change and just hands over the goods. 5 minutes later, my friend remembered that he hadn't got his change, and went back to ask for it. The seller would just shrug off and saying they'd given the change. So be sure to check if you've got your change before leaving their stall.

Taxi - Karaoke?
There's a funny coincidence where we keep meeting the same taxi driver that doubles as a singing companion to my friend. Earlier on the day, we had the pleasure to have Mr Tahn as our taxi driver. When everybody else just sits quietly due to language barrier, this guy just blares out oldies songs.
My friend and him ends up having a private karaoke sessions during that half hour trip, and the rest of us just giggles along the way. Little did we know, we'll get the same experience in the evening.
