The Rock Underground, resto yang serupa tapi tak sama dengan The Rock GM Suasananya menarik, memang sedikit terasa makan tempat dan masif tatanan kursinya, tapi memberikan nuansa yang nyaman dan private.


A restaurant with nice ambiance in the heart of the city, Grand City Mall. It's the same restaurant with this one : The Rock GM but with a different twist. Here the ambiance is nicer and more plush.









Decal di dindingnya menyesuaikan dengan tema Australia, kali ini digunakan latar gedung opera Sidney untuk mempercantik tampilan resto.

The wall decals are full of Ausie themes, where the chef used to live and study cooking. A prominent figure of Sidney Opera House is on the side wall.

Berhubung dahulu ke sini mendapat pengalaman yang lumayan, kali ini mencoba berkunjung lagi sambil mencoba menu berbeda. Sayangnya yang kunjungan kali ini rasanya tidak seenak yang kunjungan pertama.

As in many case, cooking quality in certain restaurants are sometime inconsistent. Such is what I experience here, at times the pasta and chicken dish tastes delicious, along with the good pancakes. This time around the Beef steak and Bread and Butter dessert sub-par.
