Vihara Kalisari ini posisinya dekat dengan Twin Tower Hotel, jalannya sendiri relatif sempit, untungnya di dalam vihara ada ruang untuk parkir, jadi tidak terlalu sulit untuk menaruh mobil.


This temple is located near Twin Tower Hotel, in Kalisari Street. It's street is quite narrow, two cars could barely pass each other here. Not to worry though, there's a parking area inside the building, so parking isn't a big problem.

Viharanya ini merupakan vihara Budha Maitreya, jadi di sini dietnya termasuk membolehkan telur , susu tapi tidak memakai bawang dalam hidangannya.

This temple is for Budha Maitreya's religion, so their diet consists of vegetarianism that allows egg and milk, while forbidding eating garlic.

Tempatnya cukup sederhana, sesuai dengan judulnya yang kantin. Walau kecil tapi suasananya cerah dan bersih.

The place is quite ordinary, just like other canteen. Though a bit small it's bright with an immaculate surrounding.

Baksonya menurut teman yang makan sih biasa, kuah dan tahu enak, siomay dan baksonya terasa kurang cocok dengan seleranya. Mungkin juga karena saat itu sudah ronde kedua (ronde pertama di Resto Harmoni) jadi tidak terlalu lapar dan lebih kritis :D


This Bakso dish is just so-so according to my friend, the tofu and broth tastes ok, but the meatball isn't that good. This was the second lunch we had, (first one in Resto Harmoni) so we was already quite full at the moment which probably affects his appetite.

Sedangkan untuk hidangan satunya ini, tampilannya sih Mie, tapi entah kenapa kok disebut Kwetiau.
Kwetiau ini harganya sekitar Rp 17.000.
Rasanya enak dan tidak terasa seperti menu vegetarian, bisa dicoba untuk yang tidak vegetarian, harganya pun tidak terlalu mahal. Cocok untuk vegetarian yang sedang nyidam mie UP dan sejenisnya.


This other dish tastes delicious, though we sees it as noodle, the name is kwetiau / horfun, which is a bit baffling for us. It costs Rp 17.000
Though a vegetarian dish, this doesn't really taste like some other mock meat that's just strange tasting, so this dish is quite suitable for all, weather you're vegetarian or not.
