Menu babi termasuk dominan di resto ini, jadi tidak disarankan untuk teman-teman yang dietnya halal.

The name of this restaurant is quite amusing, a short initials of BMW, where it stands for Bar Mangan Wareg which is translated to Full After Eating. This would hint the portion of dishes here, which is quite abundant.

Pork is one of the prominent meat used in this eatery, so for those on kosher / halal diet, best to skip this one.

If you'd like to have a simple one portion dishes, you can opt for the noodles, they come in portions for one person. The Samsam Noodle is quite unique, while the Ujung Pandang Noodle, despite tasting nice, is quite common around Surabaya.

Nasi Goreng BMW Istimewa , Jumbo - Rp 40.000

Setelah Mie Kwantung, Nasi Goreng BMW Istimewa ini yang paling menarik di antara menu lain yang kita coba saat itu. Walau porsi jumbo, untuk urusan rasa tidak terkorbankan, gurihnya dapat, relatif lebih enak dibanding nasi goreng biasa.

After Kwantung Noodle, this fried rice is the second best dish we tried. We ordered the jumbo portion, which taste just good. I've had less luck in other restaurant offering jumbo portions, sometime the seasonings are a bit off, so the taste wasn't so good. Here that doesn't apply, the taste are similarly good whatever portion you choose.

Rasa makanan di sisi sesuai dengan porsi dan rasa, tidak murah memang untuk ukuran depot, tapi tetap memuaskan, terutama untuk penyuka porsi besar dan hidangan yang menggunakan banyak olahan babi.

We had a pleasant dining experience here, though it's not cheap for a canteen style eatery, it suits quite well with the generous portion and taste. An eatery which would suits diner with big appetite for pork.
