Nasi Goreng ini hari bukanya tidak tentu, jadi lebih baik telepon dahulu sebelum jauh-jauh ke sini. Saat hari-hari besar agama Katolik bapaknya juga biasa libur.


Fried Rice along with Tahu Tek (Fried Tofu in peanut sauce) is two of the most popular dish served by night time street food vendors. Usually they walk around the neighborhood selling their dish, some more popular ones doesn't bother walking around, instead just set up shop along the sidewalk of residential areas. This one is one of the popular ones around where I live, and a particular favorite of a friend.

Nasi Goreng satu ini cocok untuk penggemar nasi goreng pedas, tapi tidak cocok dengan sekedar irisan cabai saja untuk penambah rasa pedas. Di sini rasa pedasnya datang dari saus yang dipakai dan campuran merica. 

Pak Mo's Fried Rice is a favorite amongst spicy food lovers, that doesn't like the taste of plain old chopped chilli. Instead this dish got it's spiciness from the sauce he's using, and a dash of pepper.

Walau tempatnya di dalam perumahan yang sunyi, dari beberapa kali ke sini selalu ramai pengunjung. Letaknya di gang pertama di sebelah kanan jalan setelah masuk dari jalan raya Kertajaya Indah Timur.

Though it's located in a sleepy residential area, there's always plenty of people waiting to get a fix of fried rice. It's located in the first alley on your right hand side after going from the main road of Kertajaya Indah Timur.

Nasi Goreng Putih - Pak Mo Kertajaya Indah (Rp 10.000)

Pilihannya ada nasi goreng, Bihun dan mie goreng yang harganya sama Rp 10.000, tambah Rp 2.000 untuk yang ingin pakai telor dadar. Nasi gorengnya bisa memilih nasi goreng putih / merah yang menggunakan saus tomat.


Their menu is like all Fried Rice vendor, either fried rice or fried noodle, which is priced at Rp 10.000 and Rp 12.000 if you opted to get a fried egg as a side dish. You can either get a red or white fried rice, the red ones uses a 'tomato' sauce which makes it sweeter and a bit tangy. (tomato sauce for street food like bakso / fried rice street vendor here usually uses some kind of papaya concoction instead of tomato)
One unique menu is a fried glass noodle / mihun, but we liked the noodle and rice better.
