Bulan lalu kita ke CW untuk mengunjungi salah satu toko baju yang sedang promo di Bazar. Di Bazar yang sama ada juga vendor makanan, namun berhubung tempatnya sesak dan kurang nyaman, pilihan makan siangnya berubah dari Bazar ke resto yang ada di sekitar Ciputra World.

Last month we went to a fashion and food bazaar in Ciputra World mall. We were originally planing to get something to eat in the bazaar but ended up choosing a brick and mortar restaurant instead, since the bazaar venue were too packed and uncomfortable.

Tempatnya didekor dengan cantik dan tidak terlalu terang, satu-satunya keluhan saya tentang tempat ini adalah tempat masuknya agak kurang lega untuk dilalui. Bisa dilihat di foto ini, mirip dengan iklan WRP (weight reduction program) jadul.

The place is beautifully designed, and it isn't too bright, we did like the ambiance, with one exception. The way in is too cramped, there isn't adequate space to walk comfortably unless you're very thin. The photo above reminds me of diet product commercial I used to see a lot.

Domideli Surabaya - Seafood Bouillabaisse (Rp 95.000)

Seafood Bouillabaisse di DomiDeli termasuk enak, cukup unik. Suka / tidaknya agak tergantung selera, buat Enni termasuk biasa, buat saya cukup enak. Mungkin karena rasa kaldunya tidak terlalu banyak bumbu dan rempah, jadi memang mencocokkan dengan selera western dish dibanding asian.

I liked their Seafood Bouillabaisse that's served here, it's quite to my liking, but this is really up to your personal preferences. It's a bit light on seasoning and spices, so you'd get the fresh seafood taste. If you're a fan of bold seasonings, this particular dish might not suit your taste-buds.

Domideli Surabaya - Subway Long Baguette (Rp 80.000)

Kalau seafood di atas bagi saya termasuk recomended, sedangkan Subway Baguette ini tidak. Untuk harganya, ada banyak hidangan serupa dengan rasa yang lebih menarik. Hidangannya sendiri sih tidak ada keluhan, rasanya sesuai standard, tapi buat saya tidak terlalu cocok dengan harganya.

While I do love the seafood bouillabaisse above, can't say the same for this subway baguette. It's a bit plain tasting, while the bread is quite nice.
There's nothing to complain about the taste, but it isn't really good either. Just a standard fare sandwich that you can get anywhere for a tad cheaper pricetag.
