3rd Dilmah Tea Mixology Competition
Kemarin kita diundang menghadiri perhelatan lomba meracik teh oleh Dilmah tea
Indonesia, bekerjasama dengan PT David Roy Indonesia, Suplier Hotel café
dan restaurant (supplier online di drishop.co.id) dan Sheraton Surabaya Hotel
Yesterday we attended
a fascinating event of Dilmah tea mixology competition, which was held in
Sheraton Surabaya Hotel, in cooperation with , PT David Roy Indonesia, Dilmah
online supplier in www.drishop.co.id

Acaranya dihelat dari
pukul 10.00 hingga 17.00. Berhubung sedang memenuhi deadline desain menu resto,
kita sempatkan menyelesaikan sedikit PR di sini sambil menikmati teh Dilmah.
The event were held
in Sheraton from 10.00 to 17.00. We were in a bit of a tight schedule for a
restaurant menu design, so we took the time to do some work while sipping on
the delicious Dilmah Tea.

Kompetisi ini
berlangsung dua hari, dan dihadiri oleh beberapa mixologist dari hotel ternama
di seluruh Indonesia.
This competition are
held for two days, and participant varies from all around Indonesia, from
famous hotels in the country.

Kelihatannya bakal
sulit bagi kedua juri untuk memutuskan kreasi mixologist mana yang bakal
menjadi pemenang. Kita hanya bisa melihat penampilan tehnya saat itu, jadi
penampilan tehnya lah yang menjadi daya tarik untuk para blogger dan
instagramers.
Tidak sabar menunggu resep pemenangnya disajikan menjadi menu di
Kawi Lounge supaya bisa ikut mencicipi,
Seems like the judges
gonna have some hard time deciding the winner of this competition, since all of
the creations are beautifully presented.
We didn't get to try
the taste, but were quite excited to get the chance to photograph them.
Hopefully some of the winning tea will be served for public in Kawi Lounge
soon.

Tasting the Teas
Setelah melihat beragam
kreasi menarik dari peserta, kita semakin penasaran dengan citarasa teh Dilmah
ini. Kebetulan dibanding event serupa di Shangrila tahun lalu, pilihan daun teh kali ini
lebih banyak. Jadi kami menyempatkan mengunjungi tempat rehat sekaligus
menyelesaikan beberapa pekerjaan.
After
perusing those beautiful tea, we were excited to try some of the selections of
tea in the break room. There are plenty more options here in comparison to
another Dilmah event last year, in Shangrila Surabaya.

Saya termasuk
penggemar kopi dan teh, sedangkan Enni lebih menyukai teh dibanding kopi. Saat
meluangkan waktu di ruangan rehat, kita sempat mencoba Moroccan Mint Tea dan
Cappuccino, dan keduanya nikmat. Cocok dipadukan dengan Lapis Surabaya dan
Fruit Pie yang menjadi menu kudapan.
I'm both a coffee and
tea aficionado while Enni is more of a tea person. When we got here, we tried
the Moroccan Mint Tea and Cappuccino, along with the snacks of fruit pie &
Surabaya Lapis. They all tasted great togather.
