fortunate enough to visit some beautiful places like Otsu, Kyoto, and a lot of
popular cities like Hongkong, KL and Singapore
But I've got to say, my best travel experience so far is nearby Surabaya, in Lawang.

Kita Berkumpul di Surabaya lalu
dijemput beramai ramai untuk memulai jalan ke Lawang
Perjalanannya
lancar, beruntung sekali karena saat itu hari Jumat siang, biasanya arus lalu
lintas cukup padat.
We started in Surabaya and headed to Lawang with our group, using a minibus.
We're off on a good start, having the road quite empty
despite travelling at Friday.

Ada TV dengan chanel
internasional yang lengkap seperti CNN dan Fox Life dan kawan kawan. Tapi saat
ke sini kita tidak terlalu banyak melihat TV, terlalu banyak hal seru yang
lebih menarik untuk dilakukan.
This hotel does provide a complete list of international TV channel, such as CNN and Fox Life. We didn't spend to much time watching TV though, since we had a blast doing many other fun activities around the resort.

Karena satu lokasi dengan Kebun
Teh, maka tidak heran kalau menu complimentary utama di tiap kamar adalah Teh
Rolas yang wangi ini.🤩
Saya
biasanya lebih suka kopi, dan memang bawa kopi dari rumah, tapi rasa teh ini
cukup menggoda hingga membuat saya melupakan kopi untuk satu hari itu
Being in one estate with a tea plantation, it's only
natural that the complimentary drink provided is this tea bag (kettle for hot
water is also present)
It's a very aromatic and heavy bodied black tea, wonderful enough to make me forget about drinking the coffee that I brought with me 🤩

Wisata Kunjungan Pabrik Teh / Factory Visit

Untuk
keluarga yang membawa anak, atau mungkin wisata bersama satu sekolah, factory
visit ini bakal menjadi wisata yang cukup menarik. Dijelaskan tentang cara
proses teh dari masih kondisi segar hingga menjadi daun teh yang siap
disajikan.
Untuk
yang tidak terlalu suka bau kuat, bisa siapkan masker dahulu atau sapu tangan
untuk penutup hidung, karena ada sebagian tamu dengan asma yang sempat mengeluh
saat kunjungan ke pabrik ini. Untuk saya pribadi tidak masalah dan cukup enjoy
dengan kunjungan tersebut.
This is an ideal family outing, or for school children wanting to incorporate an educational entertainment. We get to see how the process of fresh tea leaves being dried, processed and finally transformed to our beloved drinkable tea.

For some of you that have some respiratory problems,
it's best to bring along a face mask, or maybe a handkerchief would do. Since
there are some in our group that suffers asthma, and found it quite hard to
breath. For me, it's tolerable, so much so I can say I quite enjoy the whole
factory visit, including the aromas.

Acara utama di Kebun Teh ini adalah wisata Jeep (kalau kita sih Truck) untuk melihat sunrise di Kebun Teh
The main event on this trip is Jeep Sunrise Tour of the tea plantation. In our case it wasn't jeep but a truck, since there were quite many of us.

Ini tempat perhentian Truk kita,
dan dari resort ke sini membutuhkan sekitar 15 menit. Jaraknya sendiri tidak
jauh, tapi karena medannya cukup sulit, akhirnya membutuhkan waktu yang cukup
lama untuk ke sini.
Jeep
tour ini dimulai pukul 4 pagi, sebisa mungkin jangan sampai telat, karena
sayang kalau kehilangan momen sunrise

The truck ride started at our resort and ended up here taking around 15 minutes.
Distance wise it isn't very far, but we need ample time since the road is quite bumpy, and the ride need to be slow enough to make it safe

Jeep tour starts at 04.00 in the morning, and you
better not be late to catch the sunrise.
We were lucky that all 30-ish people manage to wake up
on time and nobody got left behind on this trip.
